So, tonight was my first night of working towards eventually being able to run outside without wanting to set things on fire.  Funny how the first steps to running outside are taken.. running inside.  But anyway –

 

tonight I did:

  • 3 miles (wooo)
  • 45:01 minutes
  • walk .5m (speed – 3.5)
  • jog .5m (speed – 4.5)
  • incline – 2.0
  • weight – 179
